12.08.24 - The HPBPO hosted an end-of-season celebration for the students who participated in Pep Band this season. The event was held at Bowlero in Hazlet, from 12:30-2:30 on Sunday, December 8. Bowling, Lunch, Dessert, Arcade were all part of the fun! Our participants also received beautiful Certificates from our Pep Band Director, Mr. Buckle, for their outstanding participation and commitment to this year's program - we are so proud of them all! 11.22.24 - Not only has this season been transformative for the Holmdel Pep Band, but for the entire Holmdel District, too! The Pep Band's glow-up has been noticed and complimented at all levels, from BOE meetings and our Administration, to audience members at games, and noticed by the community with a beautiful photo in the APP, and all over social media. The group's upgraded look and fantastic sound have created more performance opportunities and events, and we're proud they have been requested to add their PEP to the upcoming Powderpuff Game hosted at Roggy Field next Tuesday, 11.26, starting at 6pm. Call time for the students is 5pm in the bandroom, in full uniform. Hope to see you there!

11.09.24 - Our Varsity Hornets had an amazing season and the Holmdel Pep Band shared in that success. A good number of students were available to support the football team at this Friday night's game in Linwood, NJ at Mainland Regional High School. Mr. Buckle provided pizza for all the students (Thank you!) and they enjoyed some snacks on the ride and in the stands while playing through their set list and cheering on our Hornets. For photos and a few videos from the game, visit the photo gallery tab. More info on wrapping the season will follow from Mr. Buckle, as well as information on uniform collection, so "stay tuned!"
10.27.24 - NEW GAME ADDED - Our Varsity Hornets secured a place in the State Playoffs and the first game on the schedule is SATURDAY, Nov. 2, at 7pm. Call Time in the band room is 5:30pm, which has been posted in the Google Classroom as well. Don't forget there is also a rehearsal for full band on Tuesday, 10/29, from 3-5pm. 10.18.24 - Next Wednesday, 10/23, keep lunch and dinner easy, and support our Pep Band students by ordering from our local and delicious Peppino's Restaurant, close by on Rte 34 in Marlboro. Mention Holmdel Pep Band to be sure that 50% of your order is donated to the program (excludes delivery and specials)

10.05.24 - Everyone loves the Pep Band's new look, and the students especially appreciate the all-weather jackets which were issued with their uniforms. 09.16.24 - At the Home game on Friday, 9/13, our amazing students from HHS, Satz and MCVSD schools represented Holmdel with pride at the halftime show. Our Holmdel Pep Band worked on a new and special collaboration including our Holmdel High School Dance and Cheer teams, and got an astouding applause and warm welcome from the community as they performed Shut Up & Dance. Students can check for updates on the Google Classroom, and the HPBPO will maintain a copy on our Schedules Link for easy reference for Pep Band families. This week, several updates were made to the schedule with the addition of call-times for games, additional rehearsals, and information about this Friday's first Home Game. Be sure to also join the Remind App group for real time updates which will be texted to your phone by the Director, and you can also communicate by reply easily. 08.10.24 - Each season, the Holmdel Dance, Cheer and Football teams stand under the stadium lights and show their Holmdel Pride in uniform, as a team. The Holmdel Pep Band is such an integral part of the games and supporting the community and Teams with entertaining music and spirit, and this year, we are excited that Holmdel High School is going to outfit the Pep Band with their own look to complete the picture!
Uniforms have been ordered and more information will follow when they arrive for the students to pick them up.
As previously announced, the students will be required to purchase some of the components of the uniform, which they will keep and can use year-after-year, and have a keepsake when they graduate. All students must complete their orders ASAP, as the order for the Hats, Gloves and Shoes will be placed on Monday, August 26. The HPBPO will help facilitate the order to save on taxes and shipping and keep costs to a minimum, and without any benefit to the program, or to HHS.

What a thrill to bring the chill! The HPBPO sponsored an Ice Cream social for the Pep Band Students on Tuesday, 7/30, after a lot of hard work and a hot day! ☀️ The students enjoyed treats from Goldy's Ice Cream truck, some chips and drinks, played games and had a really nice time spending an hour with their friends outside of rehearsal. Thanks to all who donated to make this event possible - look for details soon on the next gathering we're hosting at the end of August!

Uniform Orders are being submitted next week. There is still time to order your student's correct size and reminders have been sent to the students, too. Please be sure to complete the form or students will be issued a uniform that may not fit - everyone deserves to look and feel great! Hat/Glove/Shoe package pricing will be issued soon in order for you to purchase the required parts of the uniform which students will keep.
Pep Band Handbooks were issued to provide everyone with all the information they will need to make this season a success. Parents and Guardians should also review the Handbook and complete the agreement form. The students received the same through the Google Classroom, and were asked to complete the Student Agreement form, as well.
Travel Release Forms need to be completed by Parents and Guardians in order for students to travel by school bus to Away Games. Please complete the form here.

4.29.24 Thanks to all who were able to join our first official Holmdel PBPO meeting. We are so lucky to have such an involved and knowledgeable group of people who are going to be an amazing support system for our Holmdel Pep Band.

This season, the Pep Band participants will be wearing a uniformed look and we'll be asking students to complete their orders during the May 7 (mandatory) Pep Band meeting with Mr. Buckle. The sizing charts for the main components of the uniform are provided below so that you can assist them with determining the correct size to order.
