2026 Season kick-off meeting

7.28.26 - Thanks to all the students and parents who were able to attend the Kick-Off meeting and get a first-look at all the great plans for the Pep Band this year. For anyone who was unable to join, you were missed! Click on the image to view the slides from the meeting.

Completed - Virtual Pep Band Meeting - Season Review - Monday, 7/27, 8pm-9pm ET

To officially launch the 2026 season, all students and parents are invited to join a Google Meet on Monday, July 27, from 8:00 – 9:00pm. The meeting will be a few minutes before so we can start on time.

During the meeting, we will:

Meet the new director, Mrs. Toni Stanislawczyk, and also our program administrator and Supervisor of Visual & Performing Arts, Dr. Christina Requa
Meet our Parent Organization Board and learn what they do and how to join and/or support
Review plans, music and schedules for the upcoming season
Discuss expectations and key requirements for members, including forms and handbooks to be issued
Learn about Community Service and Outside Performance Opportunities
Introduce our student leadership team for the year
Answer any questions you may have (feel free to email them in advance, too)

This is not a mandatory meeting and the information will be in the Classroom and here on our parent site. You can reach out to us (info@holmdelpbpo.org) for support anytime.

The rest of our student leadership team will be decided this week, and announced on Monday, July 27.

Thanks to the many of you who have expressed interest in a role...we could still use some volunteers for Equipment Managers and Music Librarians.

Be sure to complete your Information Form in the Classwork section so instrumentation and field show spots can be completed ASAP. Thank you
